I dunno if he was specifically retconned or not, but as a minor deity he hasn’t shown up since the early WHFRP days. The only one I know that was written out was Malal, who apparently was owned by his creator rather than GW, who was all about vengeance and Chaos fighting Chaos. There used to be rules, back in the days of The Lost and the Damned and Slaves to Darkness, where your Chaos champion could ascend to Daemonhood and potentially minor godhood, with their own daemons.

They do look sort of Soulthirster-y, though. On another note, I remember that there was once a Chaos God of Atheism who was stricken from canon by GW. He seems like the sort to show up here at some point.
