I've been meaning to start my own for years but the farthest I've ever gotten has been writing rather detailed notes about the first three story-arcs, which I then proceeded to lose. Back on track: my point is, I'm sure you have or can gain access to all the required resources to start a webcomic, but you and I both suffer from that terrible condition called "Just can't be arsed."
