#226 – Dirty Harry Fights Dirty

December 29th, 2007 | by Virus

You’ll never guess, but it’s late. A wizard did it. Did spells and shit making it take forever. Also, multiple panels, action sequences, perspective, backgrounds, and good old fashioned anal-retentiveness slowing me down.

And procrastination.

Always the procrastination.

#224 – I’m Afraid “Stupefy” Had No Effect

December 15th, 2007 | by Virus

Hey, I work retail and it’s Christmas, you figure it out. My boss has said that in the new year, my hours’ll be more-or-less fixed, intead of skipping all over the place from one week to the next like they have done in the past, so that should make for more reliable updates. I figure by now, either you’re resigned to the fact the comic will be late, or you’re increasingly annoyed by it each time. I hope the former. Remember guys, apathy is the best policy.

Ohnoes late. But done. I am tired and have a cold. NOBODY EXPECTORATES THE MOBIAN INQUISITION. Yeah, sleep might be handy now.

#222 – Pick You Up In Ten Minutes

December 1st, 2007 | by Virus

Okaay, probably should’ve mentioned this last week, but I’m out of the country right now. Won’t be back till late Saturday night/early Sunday morning. Comic… Monday? I guess? Let’s go with that.

#221 – The Beginning Of The End Of Their Era

November 24th, 2007 | by Lothar

So, I guess I should type something here? Let’s talk about some games I’ve been playing lately, but to be honest I can’t be bothered (like I said it’ll be on my head stone).

So…yeah. Not much else to say. Though this storyline is coming to an end soon, I should mention. Jesus effing Christ we started this nearly a full year ago. Who knew I could spend that amount of time on one story? Truth-be-told it will be doubtful that I ever do something this long again, or at least for a while. I think Virus is supplying us with the next storyline, after some randoms of course.

You know, it’s been a while since I actually typed anything substantial to go under the comic.

There’re a few reasons for this, my job sucks and leaves me tired, which is detrimental to creativity, plus I have about 3 bajillion things I wanna write for various reasons and can never pick one to work on. EN scripts, stories for friends, reviews for Gamestyle, (Pro-G/VideoGamers.com can go fuck themselves since they took all the contributors off their staff page yet still have their reviews up, I wonder if I can ask them to remove them since I’m getting sod all credit). The final and arguably most ambitious project I want to write is my novel.

Yes, I am attempting to write a novel. It was going better last year, as this year due to some depression and now the job I’ve barely done any work on it. I’m up to chapter 12 of 25+ (not necessarily going to stick to the chapter format, just makes it easier for organisational purposes during the actual writing process.) What I don’t want to happen is to become one of the annoying fuckers who keep saying they’ll write a book, but never do. Hell even if I don’t get it published after finishing it (more than likely to be honest, though I could just be saying that to get some sycophantic fans to kiss my arse…like I have any. Am I still doing it? Possibly. Jesus I could go on for ages trying to act all modest and I have no idea if I’m actually trying to get some encouragement from EN fans or just spouting out my thoughts. I’m quite a narcissistic person so in all honesty it’s probably the former. I would just ignore everything that’s appeared in these brackets if I was you. Although that’s getting difficult as I seem to have typed all most as much in here as is in the main update text. I’ll stop now, thank you for indulging my stupid ego). And I bet now that I’ve mentioned it, somebody will email me telling me I suck. Which is probably true (sorry, doing it again).

Any who, so yeah. I don’t know why I’m typing this. I was originally going to put up something with how fucking annoying those “DVD piracy is a crime” things on legitimate DVD’s are (STOP PUNISHING YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU IDIOTIC CORPORATE SUITS!), but in truth I just can’t be bothered.

Hmm, sums up my life really. Can’t be bothered. It’ll probably on my headstone. “Garry Webber. Nice lad. Couldn’t be bothered.”

#219 – Surely There’s A Cheat Code I Can Enter?

November 10th, 2007 | by Virus

Bleh, shade it tomorrow.

Edit: Dunnit. Not a whole lot going on in the newposts these days, huh? Nope. Maybe I should write random junk about my life. Oh wait, if I had any desire at all to do that I could use my LiveJournal account that I’ve had for probably two years and never made a single entry.
