The end. This was basically done by Monday night. Then I realised I hadn’t drawn the lawyers. So I sat on releasing it, with the hope that I could make some small adjustments to panel 3 and squeeze them in. But between work and maybe starting to get sick, it proved to be a bigger job than that, and in the end, fuck it.
We have one more comic to wrap up this story. Week after that there should be a something, and then probably a nothing. Cuz of going to Edmonton Expo, and then going to sail around the Caribbean for a week.
The aforementioned Halloween. I would trust you to remember it better if it hadn’t taken a month to reach the callback.
Got my booth number for Edmonton Expo: Artist Alley E21. That’s September 28-29 at the Northlands Expo Centre. Ron Perlman’s gonna be there. At the show that is, not the EN booth. Although you never know; I mean Sylvester McCoy came by our booth at Calgary.
Well. This one kicked my butt. Sorry about that. The next one should be a piece of piss though.
Backgrounds take me so long. Especially when they’re written as a plot reveal. “And in this panel: sinister, ancient tunnels; good luck!”
So, it looks like I’m working weekends for the foreseeable, with my days off landing at varying points mid-week. Here is a Wednesday-ish update, and next week will probably be the same. Hate to have such a sloppy schedule, but there it is. Look, just get an RSS reader. Feedly works well, now that Google Reader has gone under.
